Fake It ‘Til You Make It: Easy No Bake Recipes

As ladies, we’re at the age now where we have to contribute to the holiday cooking. For some reason, our generation of women are more focused on careers instead of the domestic life, and are better at making reservations for dinner than actually cooking. Now we wouldn’t call ourselves top chefs, but we do what we can in the kitchen to step up our wifey skills. Really, if you have a good taste for food and can follow directions, cooking shouldn’t be that hard. If you’re not the best cook in the world, we got you! Here are some easy no bake recipes that will impress your family and friends this holiday. With food this good you might even catch you a boo! 

Old Fashioned Banana Pudding

  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Cool Whip
  • 4 cups of milk or 2 1/2 cups of almond milk (note almond milk makes pudding thinner so add accordingly)
  • 1 banana thinly sliced

Start with wafers, then layer pudding, banana slices, then whip cream. Continue to layer until all ingredients are done. Chill in fridge for 30 min- 1 hour.

Triple Layer Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 8oz pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. cold half and half (can use milk if desired)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 cups thawed Cool Whip topping
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 2 pkgs (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 can (16oz) pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves

Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Pie

  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed into crumbs
  • 5 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup hot fudge
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not the natural kind)
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, defrosted
  • additional hot fudge for drizzling, optional

Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars

  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
